RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You may cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Email ae0066093@gmail.com with a clear cancellation statement, or use our online withdrawal function. You then have 14 days to return the goods to 47 Friarton Road 0/1 G43 2PL.

You pay return postage only if we informed you before purchase. You may inspect items as you would in a shop. We may deduct a reduction in value caused by handling beyond necessary inspection; original packaging is not required to exercise statutory rights.

For a full-order cancellation, we refund the purchase price and our least expensive standard delivery charge. Premium delivery supplements are excluded. Refunds are issued within 14 days of cancellation notice, but we may wait until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever comes first. Refunds use your original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a fee.

Clearly personalised or made-to-specification items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, contact ae0066093@gmail.com We will provide the remedy required by applicable UK or EU consumer law and cover necessary return costs. Sale items retain the same statutory protection.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
