-
Scope of these terms
These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases of physical goods for personal use. Please read them before ordering and keep a copy for your records.
Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights under applicable UK or EU consumer law.
-
Products
Product pages describe each item’s main characteristics, including any available sizes, colours, materials and personalisation options.
Images are illustrative, and screen settings may affect colour appearance. This does not affect our obligation to supply goods that match their description.
For personalised goods, please check the details you submit carefully. We remain responsible for producing the item according to the agreed specifications.
-
Orders and acceptance
Please check your order and contact details before completing checkout.
Our acceptance of your order takes place when we email you confirming it has been dispatched. We will provide confirmation of your contract in a format you can save.
Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment or reasonable suspicion of fraud. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment taken for an order we do not accept.
If we discover a pricing or description error before acceptance, we will explain it and let you choose whether to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
-
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP. The total payable amount, including applicable taxes and delivery charges collected by us, is shown before you place your order.
For international deliveries, we will explain before purchase whether import VAT, customs duties or handling charges are included or payable separately. Where these cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, we will explain that additional charges may apply.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Price changes do not alter the agreed price of an accepted order.
-
Shipping and delivery
Our Shipping Policy at explains delivery destinations, processing times, shipping charges and estimated delivery times.
Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of accepting your order. If we miss a delivery deadline, your legal rights may include allowing an additional reasonable delivery period or cancelling for a refund where permitted by law.
We remain responsible for goods until you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, physically receives them. Different rules may apply if you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.
-
Cancellation and returns
For most online purchases, UK and EU consumers may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving their goods. For an order delivered in separate parts, this period generally begins after receipt of the last item.
Tell us you wish to cancel by sending a clear statement to ae0066093@gmail.com EU customers may also use our online withdrawal function. The optional cancellation form is available in our Returns and Refund Policy.
After notifying us, return the goods within a further 14 days to 47 Friarton Road 0/1 G43 2PL. You will pay the direct return cost if you are unhappy with the product.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Where legally permitted, we may deduct any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is not an absolute requirement for exercising your statutory rights.
-
Refunds
When you cancel an entire order under your statutory cancellation right, we refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We do not have to refund the additional cost of premium delivery.
We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. Unless we offer to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive them or evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.
Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
-
Personalised items
The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as items bearing your requested name or initials.
We will identify these goods before purchase. Your rights concerning faulty, incorrectly personalised or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
-
Faulty or incorrect goods
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
UK consumers generally have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods. Repair, replacement, price reduction or refund rights may apply afterwards.
EU consumers benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for non-conforming goods, with longer or additional protection where national law provides it. Applicable remedies include free repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or refund.
Contact ae0066093@gmail.com about a problem with your purchase. We will cover necessary return costs for valid faulty-goods claims. Discounted goods retain the same statutory rights as full-price goods.
-
Website use and intellectual property
You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.
Website content belongs to us or our licensors unless otherwise stated. You may browse it and save information relating to your purchases for personal use. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law.

Personal information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and your data protection rights. Our Cookie Policy and cookie settings are available.
Acceptance of these terms does not constitute consent to optional marketing or advertising cookies.
-
Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your statutory rights concerning the goods.
-
Complaints
Please send complaints to 0066093@gmail.com, including your order number where relevant.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will provide information about alternative dispute resolution where required, including whether we are obliged or willing to participate. This does not prevent you from exercising your legal rights.
-
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections available in your country of habitual residence. It does not restrict your right to bring proceedings in any court available to you under applicable consumer law.
-
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing purchase contract unless you agree or the law requires it.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally possible.
