SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing

We ship from UK. Orders are processed within UK 3-5 working days EU Delivery 5-8 working days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. Personalised products require additional working days, where indicated on the product page.

Delivery locations and times

We deliver throughout UK delivery areas and to Supported EU countries. Any location restrictions are shown before checkout.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 3-5 working days for UK orders and 5-8 working days for EU orders. These estimates are separate from processing time. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order.

Shipping charges

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment as £3.50 UK tracked and ££16.99 EU tracked. Any free delivery offer over £50 applies, including its minimum spend of £50 and eligible destinations, will be clearly stated on our website.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email a shipping confirmation. If your selected delivery service includes tracking, this email will contain your tracking details.

EU customs and import charges

Orders shipped from the UK to the EU may require customs clearance. Before you purchase, we will explain whether applicable import VAT, customs duties and handling charges are included in your payment or payable separately. Where additional charges cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, we will explain that they may apply. Customs processing can affect delivery times.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly at ae0066093@gmail.com. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once the order is on its way.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, contact us at ae0066093@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the delivery provider and work to resolve the issue.
